Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the refund and cancellation conditions for event credits (a digital product) purchased through Fairmingo.
1. Digital Product and Withdrawal Exception
An event credit is a digital product added to your account at the moment of purchase. Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products performed instantly; once a credit is used (spent) to publish an event, it is non-refundable.
2. Refund of Unused Credits
Unused (unspent) credits are refundable if you request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Credits granted for free are not eligible for refund.
3. Refund Process
Send your refund request, together with your order number (FMG-...), to [email protected]. Eligible requests are refunded to the card used for payment via iyzico. Depending on your bank, the refund usually appears on your card within a few business days.
4. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges
In the event of a duplicate or incorrect charge due to a technical error, the relevant amount is refunded in full upon your request.
