Distance Sales Contract

This contract governs the digital product (event credit) purchased through Fairmingo, under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Fairmingo is the brand and platform operated by the Seller (fairmingo.com); payments are collected through the Seller's iyzico merchant account.

Buyer: the user making a purchase with a Fairmingo account.

2. Subject and Product

The subject of this contract is the digital product 'event credit' purchased by the Buyer through Fairmingo. One event credit grants the Buyer the right to publish one event listing on the platform. The first credit granted at signup is free.

3. Price and Payment

The sale price, including VAT, is clearly shown on the purchase (payment) screen. Payment is collected by credit/debit card through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller. The order number is generated with the 'FMG-' prefix.

4. Delivery

The product is digital. The moment payment is approved, the event credit is automatically added to the Buyer's account; there is no physical delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods that are performed instantly in electronic form and delivered instantly to the Buyer. The Buyer consents to performance beginning and the credit being added immediately at the time of purchase; no withdrawal right applies to used (spent) credits. Refund conditions for unused credits are set out in the Refund Policy.

6. Invoice

The sales document/invoice clearly states 'Fairmingo event credit' on the product and payment screen, and is sent to the Buyer's email address.

7. Dispute Resolution

This contract is governed by Turkish law. The Buyer may submit complaints and objections, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the place of purchase or the Buyer's residence.
