1. Description of the Service

Fairmingo is a coordination platform that connects individuals and companies attending the same fair through a listing board. Users coordinate things like taxi/transfer, shared accommodation, shared booths and meetups by posting listings. Fairmingo is not a party to these arrangements; it only provides an intermediary/matching service.

2. User Obligations

• Provide accurate, current and non-misleading information
• Not post listings/messages that are unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringe third-party rights
• Not engage in spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or automated abuse
• Be responsible for your account security and actions taken through your account

3. Content and Listings

Each user is fully responsible for their listing and message content. Fairmingo reserves the right to remove content it finds contrary to its rules or the law without prior notice, and to suspend accounts as necessary.

4. Limitation of Liability

Taxi sharing, accommodation, meetups and similar arrangements made between users are entirely the users' own responsibility. Fairmingo is not a party to these arrangements; it makes no warranty regarding users' identity, statements, reliability or the outcome of meetings, and cannot be held liable for any resulting damages.

5. Intellectual Property

The Fairmingo brand, logo, design and software are protected and may not be used without permission. Users are deemed to grant Fairmingo the license necessary to provide the service for the content they share.

6. Changes and Termination

Fairmingo reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the service or these terms without prior notice. Material changes are announced on the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties.
