Data Processed and Purposes
Your identity/contact data (name, phone, email), profile and content data (listings, fair attendance, messages, ratings) and technical data are processed for service delivery, identity verification, user-to-user communication, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Legal Basis
Your data is processed based on performance of contract (Art. 5/2-c), legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and, where required, explicit consent (Art. 5/1).
Transfers
Your data may be transferred to infrastructure and service providers (listed in the Privacy Policy) as necessary for the service; cross-border transfers are conducted under KVKK Art. 9.

To exercise your rights listed in KVKK Art. 11, you may apply to info@fairmingo.com. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
